“As blue as the sea” has reached its 5th edition. The cookery workshops, especially designed for those who love Adriatic bluefish, have now become an event not to be missed in late April, on the ‘velvet beach’ agenda.
“As blue as the sea”, this year will be from 27th to 30th April: four intensive days of cookery and workshops, getting to know the characteristics and cooking techniques of sardines, anchovies, mackerel and mullet and many other varieties of fish, freshly hauled daily from our shores.

will meet the ‘pupils’ of the bluefish workshops, at the ‘Rotonda a Mare’. The workshop on 29th April will also present a famous guest
Leif Mannerstrom
, Chef and owner of Sjomagasinet, the Swedish cult restaurant, famous for its fish dishes (

).
The 2009 bluefish workshops will also have a special section in English for guests attending the cookery classes from abroad.
